Any item in the Social Media Package referred to in this email will be referred to as “Material(s)”

1. JILZARAH retains exclusive copyright and ownership of all Materials provided.
2. Materials are for use by JILZARAH wholesale customers for online advertising or social media purposes only.
3. You will not sell, license, or otherwise transfer the Materials or any modification of the Materials to a third-party, except for tasks relating to the allowed purpose above, such as providing files to a social media manager or other party authorized to advertise on your behalf.
4. You will not use the Materials to represent yourself as JILZARAH or mislead a customer to believe that you are JILZARAH.
5. You will not remove any JILZARAH logos or trademarks from the Materials.
6. You will not edit or cut videos included in the Materials.
7. You will not edit provided images, except for reasons such as:
   1. Adding logos for your store or social media page(s)
   2. Adding text
   3. Cropping or resizing
8. You will not use the Materials in any way to disparage, mock, or otherwise damage the JILZARAH brand.
9. You will not use the Materials in any obscene or unlawful way.
10. You agree to indemnify and hold JILZARAH, its officers, employees, shareholders, directors, managers, members, and suppliers, and those of its affiliates including parent companies and subsidiaries, harmless against any damages or liability of any kind arising from any use of the Materials.
11. JILZARAH reserves the right to revoke privileges for use of the Materials for any reason.
