Do you offer gift packaging?

Absolutely! Just click on the appropriate box in your cart while checking out or leave us a note, and we'll make sure to include it!


What are my shipping options? How quickly will I receive my order?

We understand that receiving your items quickly is important to you. We strive to ship every JILZARAH order from our warehouse within 24 hours. Transit times may vary according to your location and shipping method selected. Our website's default shipping method is UPS ground.

If you prefer to use your own carrier and account number, please let us know in the order notes.

If you require expedited shipping, please call our office at 855-545-9272 so we can make sure your order is routed appropriately.


I need to make a return.

We want you to be thrilled with your JILZARAH purchase from start to finish, and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our warehouse within 30 days for an exchange or refund. We’ll even pre-pay the return shipping!*

Please contact Customer Service by calling 855-545-9272 or emailing customerservice@jilzarah.com, and we will be happy to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with a prepaid return shipping label that you may print out. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

*Prepaid return shipping labels are sent within the contiguous U.S. only. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations.


Is JILZARAH jewelry safe?

Absolutely. All JILZARAH items have been rigorously tested and certified lead-free, nickel-free and cadmium-free.


How often do you develop new styles?

Trends in fashion and design come and go with the seasons. We honor our commitment to offering the freshest and most distinctive clay jewelry by releasing new colors and unique styles twice a year.


How do I care for my JILZARAH jewelry?

We want your JILZARAH keepsakes to look as good as new for years to come. Please avoid submerging your JILZARAH jewelry in water, as this may cause deterioration of elastic or leather. Beads and spacers may be cleaned with warm water and mild detergent or dishwashing liquid. Scrub gently with a toothbrush for stubborn dirt, and always dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.


Do you service customers outside of the US?

We would be thrilled to help you represent JILZARAH in your home country!

There are a few things to note if this is your first time buying internationally:

Freight costs may be higher. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but due to the distances involved and the weight of the packages, shipping will generally be more expensive than buying from your home country.

Duty and Taxes may apply. This can typically be from 0-14% depending on the item's classification. Many of our items are duty free, but you should consult your local government's Customs bureau to be sure.

All transactions are in USD. We are working on a multi-currency solution, but at this time all international transactions must be done via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover) in USD. A small exchange fee may apply - usually less than 2%.
