Do you offer gift packaging?
Absolutely! Each and every JILZARAH item is automatically shipped with its very own JILZARAH pillow box or organza bag, perfect for any occasion.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes! Please note that you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees assessed, and they may vary by location. Shipping costs will also vary by location and our representatives will contact you to provide a quote for your approval.
What are my shipping options? How quickly will I receive my order?
We understand that receiving your items quickly is important to you. We strive to ship every JILZARAH order from our warehouse within 24 hours. Transit times may vary according to your location and shipping method selected. If you require expedited shipping services such as next day air or Saturday delivery, please call our offices for a shipping quote at 855-545-9272.
I need to make a return.
We want you to be thrilled with your JILZARAH purchase from start to finish, and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our warehouse within 30 days for an exchange or refund. We’ll even pre-pay the return shipping!*

Please contact Customer Service by calling 855-545-9272 or emailing customerservice@jilzarah.com, and we will be happy to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with a prepaid return shipping label that you may print out. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please see the table at the bottom of the page for our return policies.

*Prepaid return shipping labels are sent within the contiguous U.S. only. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations.
How are JILZARAH designs made?
All JILZARAH designs and patterns are lovingly created by owner Jill Manzara, a longtime pioneer in the art of premium clay beads. Skilled artisans overseas meticulously hand-craft these exclusive designs out of layered polymer clay. This clay is then baked in an oven, hand-rolled into the premium beads you love and strung together to create each original JILZARAH treasure
Is JILZARAH jewelry safe?
Absolutely. All JILZARAH items have been rigorously tested and certified lead-free, nickel-free and cadmium-free.
How often do you develop new styles?
Trends in fashion and design come and go with the seasons. We honor our commitment to offering the freshest and most distinctive clay jewelry by releasing new colors and unique styles twice a year.
How do I care for my JILZARAH jewelry?
We want your JILZARAH keepsakes to look as good as new for years to come. Please avoid submerging your JILZARAH jewelry in water, as this may cause deterioration of elastic or leather. Beads and spacers may be cleaned with warm water and mild detergent or dishwashing liquid. Scrub gently with a toothbrush for stubborn dirt, and always dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
